We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have around one year of hands-on experience in digital marketing and be capable of managing social media, running paid campaigns, improving search rankings, and creating engaging content. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content for all social media platforms.
- Design creatives using Canva while maintaining brand consistency.
- Execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Performance Max.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and monitor website performance using SEO tools.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Assist with basic video editing for reels, social media posts, and promotional videos.
- Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT and similar platforms) to improve content creation, marketing efficiency, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams for marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva for designing marketing creatives.
- Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, and productivity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress for website content management and updates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or SEO will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, or other marketing analytics tools is preferred.
