Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to oversee core HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee management activities. The role demands strong organisational skills, accuracy in handling data, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory Compliance & Payroll
- Manage Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC records and ensure timely submissions.
- Generate and file challans for statutory compliances.
- Prepare and process salary sheets accurately on time.
- Handle overtime (OT) data, ensuring correct calculations and inclusion in payroll.
- Maintain up-to-date attendance records for all employees.
Employee Relations & Administration
- Monitor and maintain workplace discipline and compliance with company policies.
- Address employee queries regarding payroll, leave, and attendance.
- Assist in grievance handling and promote a positive work culture.
Coordination & Communication
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees to facilitate smooth communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for HR-related requirements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities for employees.
Vendor & External Management
- Handle vendor management related to HR and administrative services.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and other external agencies as needed.
General HR Duties
- Support in recruitment and selection processes when required.
- Maintain proper HR documentation, employee files, and records.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and HR policy implementation.
- Carry out any other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, challans, and payroll systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
