Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Noida

Role Overview:
As a BDM, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Active LED display and digital signage segment. This includes end-to-end sales, relationship management, channel development, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new B2B opportunities (corporate, retail, govt., malls, stadiums, etc.)
  • Manage full sales cycle: lead generation to closure & after-sales coordination
  • Build strong client & channel partner relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams for tenders, demos & proposals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Mentor and train sales team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech – Electronics or related field
  • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in LED, AV, or electronics industry
  • Strong presentation, communication & negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM tools
  • Experience in tender/bid management is a plus
  • Target-driven with a proven track record
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India
