The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the organization’s financial health. The role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and assisting with audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update ledgers.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc., as applicable).
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients/vendors.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.
- Maintain documentation and filing of financial records for easy retrieval.
- Candidates should have good knowledge of the stock exchange.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com & ICWA).
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,Busy) and MS Excel.
- Understanding of taxation and regulatory compliance.
